• Book a call via Calendly
• Log in to our CRM if you are a client

• attempt to access restricted areas without permission; or
• interfere with the operation or security of the site.

2.3 Third-Party Services - When you use Calendly or log into our CRM, you are subject to their terms and privacy policies. We are not liable for any issues arising from those platforms.

2.4 AI Chatbot Demo - You may interact with an AI chatbot on our site for demonstration purposes. This chatbot is for informational use only and should not be relied upon for business advice or guarantees. Messages sent through the chatbot are processed to generate responses but are not saved, stored, or shared by Gym Grow.

2.3 We may update, suspend, or discontinue parts of the website periodically.

3.1 Certain features may require you to create an account or provide information.

3.2 You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login details and all activity under your account.

4.1 These Programme-Specific Terms apply in addition to the general Terms of Service and govern your participation in any GymGrow programme, membership, or paid service.

4.2 Immediate Access

Upon purchase, you receive immediate access to:

• the GymGrow online learning platform;
• the GymGrow owner community; and
• existing data, resources, and materials available on the platform.

Early access allows you to review materials and engage with the community before live sessions begin.

Access to the GymGrow platform, community, or any future membership offering after the 6-week period is not guaranteed and may be subject to separate terms, pricing, or invitation.

4.3 What's Included

Your purchase may include (as described on the checkout page or webinar):

1. the 6-pillar GymGrow growth framework;
2. six weekly live implementation calls;
3. six weekly Q&A and setup support calls;
4. access to CRM tools and recommended technology stack;
5. advertising training and setup guidance;
6. access to GymGrow's online learning platform;
7. access to the GymGrow owner community;
8. any webinar-specific credits or bonuses offered at the time of purchase.

Exact features may evolve as the Programme develops, but the overall structure and intent will remain consistent.

4.4 Programme Details by Reference - Details of each programme or membership, including duration, pricing, payment structure, access period, and inclusions, will be set out on the relevant checkout page, sales page, or programme description and shall form part of these Terms by reference.

5.1 Prices are shown in GBP (£) unless otherwise stated.

5.2 Payment is taken in full at the time of purchase unless expressly stated otherwise.

5.3 Once payment is completed, access to the Programme and platform is activated immediately.

6.1 The Programme includes digital content supplied immediately after purchase.

6.2 By accessing the Programme upon purchase, you acknowledge that delivery of digital content begins immediately.

6.3 Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory consumer rights under UK law.

7.1 GymGrow is a professional learning environment. You agree to engage respectfully with:

• GymGrow staff and coaches; and
• other participants.

7.2 We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access without refund if behaviour is abusive, disruptive, or harmful.

8.1 All materials, systems, recordings, templates, and content are the intellectual property of GymGrow.

8.2 Materials are provided for your own gym business use only and must not be copied, shared, resold, or distributed without prior written permission.

9.1 While the Programme is designed to support gym growth, results are not guaranteed.

9.2 Any revenue figures, examples, or case studies are illustrative only.

9.3 The Programme does not provide legal, tax, financial, or investment advice.

10.1 To the fullest extent permitted by law, GymGrow is not liable for:

• loss of profits;
• loss of business opportunity; or
• indirect or consequential losses.

10.2 Nothing in these Terms limits liability for matters that cannot be excluded under UK law.

11.1 Personal data is processed in accordance with applicable UK data protection laws.

11.2 Further details are set out in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

12.1 We may update these Terms from time to time.

12.2 The latest version will always be available on our website.

13.1 These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

13.2 The courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
